Cheat or what?

i was just playing conquest at laguna presa and i saw a guy who was playing as recon and his rank was only "3", but he had mortar strike, 12x optics, etc...

how can that be possible? is it a hack, cheat or something else?

Possible if he only plays Recon i think.

mortar start from lvl 2 but 12X i don't remember but it is possible

Some other guy died, dropped kit .. and he picked it up? Very useful trick for low level players to get access to other stuff.

you ken have them in that round only you want unlock any thing by having his kit
