Server Ping Help....?

Hey everyone .... Im getting very high ping (almost 400) while on servers..... my internet is working fine .
My location is Pakistan, if any other Pakistani players here they could tell me some good servers in the region. because at this ping its impossible to play . thnks

Why don't you host a server there in Pakistan? I think that you are not the only player from Pakistan.

i thought about it... but it requires alot of RAM and CPU (as i read in making a server post). I've got only 4gb ram and i3 2.4GHz processor. I dont think its enough for the server
