You will either have to create another persona (You can keep ypur current one) or create a t opic in the administration outpost.
But there are currently more important things than special characters.

when i enter my name and click on Register/Login Then he give me an error called

"Player Not Found" but i m playing at Nexus Emulator

You need to enter your ingame name, not your forum name.
Special letters like the ' in your name can also cause this error.
