Low FPS FIX!

Hello lovely community of Nexus! Today I will show you a fix for low FPS on some older machines.May increase fps from about 50-75% of your current fps(not verified but it will increase your fps for sure). This will be useful for those people who can't play well because of FPS problems(like me). Lets go!
First Step
Find your BFBC2 settings.ini. It is usually found at C:/Users/username/Documents/BFBC2. May vary from computer to computer.
Second Step
Open the settings.ini file(obviously)
Third Step
Edit the DxVersion from auto to 9

-Optional Step
change bloom to false
Fourth Step
Run the game and test if it works
Fifth Step
??????
Sixth Step
Profit!
I hope I made your game run faster than before. FPS problems can also affect ping and maybe lessen down your ping in some servers.
Note: Do not blame me if anything ever happens in your game. You are the one who chose to follow this. I did not force you in any other way.
IF you get blue screen there is a someone in this thread that gives the settings for the ultra low. However it will remove most of the things ingame e.g sun, decals, details, renders etc.
Results may vary as said above.
It also lessens the graphical quality of the game. However you can run on settings higher than 10 or 11 e.g If you play low on 11 you can play on high or medium depending on your computer.
Good day and have a pleasant game! :)

Basing on that settings it will actually remove most of the of the things in the game e.g the sun, shadows, decals etc. My fix is for those who are having problems in FPS yet wants to experience the the entirety of the game without lagging. I think that settings is for people who can't play a campaign or join a server without getting blue screen.

Not a problem. It's linked in the "Rome Tools and Sites" post.

Why doesn't the ultra low setting not remove my son and smoke ? :( like the smoke and dust in atacama which lags like hell ?
