Pakistani Server ..

Lately I've been seeing a Pakistani server. I played on it a couple of times but i guess its not always online.
Being a player from same region I got quite low ping on that server. So i wanted to ask if someone can tell me its timing.
and is the admin of server out here..?

The region musn't necessarily be set correctly by the admin. Just look which server has the lowest ping.

If the server is offline, what matter is the region?
As a real question, just sort it by ping. If the server has any website, just go on there. If not, try asking in-game for when the server usually goes up. Could be just someone's hobby hosting it after school/work

Yeah.I would try to ask in game when the server goes up...
I also think someone just host it as a hobby...
