3rd Post here.
Do you think i can play BFBC2 without Quota on my internet ? Because sometimes i can play it even with 0 quota & sometimes i cant play at all because connection was lost thing.
Fact is i can play MMO Games like World of tanks WITHOUT problem. I can play peacefully, I can join easily, I can login normally.

BTW here's my PC : (Dont ever try to blame me with my Current OS)
Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP3 (Last Update)
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.66-2.67 GHz
3GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce GT 220 DDR 3 1GB DirectX 10 Supported
DirectX 9 (Last update)
Kaspersky Antivirus 2013 (Firewall Exception Enabled)

My Internet Stats :
Bolt Super 4G 72mbps ZTE MF90 (USB-Connected)
Using this proxy : 127.0.0.1 or 192.168.1.168
Port 8080
Ping : Local = 68 Global = 335 XD
Download Speed : Avg. 1.5 mbps
Upload Speed : Avg. 0.5 mbps

Because my quota has gone literally, i use that Proxy for my connection. As i already said above, i can play World of Tanks and Counter Strike Online Smoothly, but BFBC2 gives me a trouble : can play sometimes, cant play sometimes (I dont wanna buy any internet packet now until my Active Internet Packet expired in weeks. Question is : Can i play BFBC2 with 0 quota, if so, how ?

It's USB Connected, not Wireless (I even turned off the wireless) Well, actually ... BFBC2 NetCode is always like that from before. Anyway, can i play BFBC2 without Quota & Bandwidth ?

Well, playing via LTE is imo generally a bad idea, but you probably can't change this.
How would using your localhost as a proxy change anything related to your quota?

My proxy is just as same as my IP (192.168.1.168) and i have 2 proxy that can be used (127 and 192) with port 8080. All can be used with online games smoothly except BFBC2 which 30% success rate and 70% fail rate with proxy (of course with proxy, i cant play or surf at all with 0 quota and no proxy)
