B3 servers

Where is MAGIC's B3 servers ?
They are down, because NoFaTe temp. delisted them, due to hosting high XP servers.
I hope I can start them today again

They are not allowed and you can't rename your soldier atm.

This is correct.
While high xp servers were initially allowed to compensate for stats losses (although only up to 5x) as stats losses shouldn't occure anymore they are now disallowed and will be banned/delisted.
Community Events are the exception, but currently there is none planned. (Edit: afaik, Mizu might have some ideas that I don't know about)
