DU4 servers

Hi again,
Lately I've seen some servers whose name start with [DU4], they are always at 999 ping. Im never able to join them. All of them have 999 for some reason. Can anybody tell me why it happens? Do i need to download something?

do you have a static or dynamic ip?
if static, pls send me your ip.
if dynamic, pls contact your provider and send me its ip pool.

does it stay like that? you can see i think by unplugin/plugin your modem and check if ip stays the same.

no good news.
i can try to whitelist a small ip pool or you could use a vpn. one of our guys is from india and is able to play with a vpn.
we are getting another server and it is possible that the connection to that one will be better.
