Russian Attack Helis Suck

After a lot of "flight time" in BC2, I have come to the definite conclusion that the USA attack heli is vastly superior to the Russian attack heli.
Its so superior in fact, I actually believe that the Russian team is at a huge disadvantage.
There are two reasons why I believe the USA attack heli is better:
1. Much better control due to better stability.
2. Much better crosshair.
So what's the point you ask? Basically, I would like to make (or somebody else to make) a mod that would give the Russian attack heli the exact same flight mechanics & crosshair as the USA attack heli. The mod would have to be server-side only to be practical of course.
If somebody could point out the file/files that need to be edited it would save me a lot of time.
