New to Rome,I have a few questions

Hi there,so I am new to rome(just installed it and joined a server for the first time)and I could use some help figuring some things out:
1)Why are all my stats and unlocks gone?
I can be perfectly fine with beeing "lv1",but not having any unlocks is stupidly annoying,any way to fix that?(I have grinded 4 characters to full unlocks on my normal account,I really dont feel like doing it again)
2)So the hole point of this project is that it has mod tools correct?
What are some of the moded servers I can find,because the server I joined(it was b3 or something like that)was perfectly normal as far as I could tell,no real changes compared to vanila.
3)Any tips and tutorials how to get started with the mod tools myself?
I am really curies to do some experimentation with stuff like tweaking soldier speed&acceleration,weapon's dmg and bullet speed,switching weapons&gadgets between classes and so on.
