Visuals? You mean .Net Framework? I have Framework 4 since 3.5 wouldnt install no mather what.

.net 3.5 (on windows 7) is already included in the OS

I want to begin BFBC2 modding, and to start I have some questions :
- what are you exactly able to do at this point with those tools? (what a really badly want to do is to add weapons, vehicles and stuff and mapping)
- Are the server files provided by Nexus team open-source/did they explained ho they managed to reverse-engineer those servers (except for stealing official server files)?
- what are the requirements to run a server (like 4 slots, just in order to test what I may do)?

PS : I apologize in advance if you don't understand me well I'm not a native english speaker
