connection to the game server has been lost

Guys please help me 
i really want to play in low ping servers but i cant i dont know why
i can join in servers like VN and i can play well but its not enjoyable since i got a high ping
i tried to join in low ping servers like bfbc2 nsk ru server but i cant, i dont know why i cant join in this specific server
this is the error "connection to the game server has been lost"
i followed all steps for installing the nexus to work
i already updated my punkbuster
im using latest bfbc2 client
i already turned of my AV and Firewall
so whats wrong? im new in this forum please help me((
i already spend 5 hours just to look for fix to this problem ;(
btw guys i dont promote any servers here or something
tell me if putting server names here are not allowed
