Maybe ?

It's a bit to vague.

However here is the step-by-step version:
 • Extract your serverfiles (the archive with the frost<something>.exe) into the bin/ folder.
 • Extract the instance archive into a subfolder in instances/ (for example bc2/), make sure the folder bc2 contains ServerOptions.ini in its root
 • Edit the StartServers.bat/ServerOptions.ini if necessary
 • Start

@Kerrigan
Torrents are, as the OP stated, not illegal. Linux distros are commonly downloaded via torrent. Plus, what users have on their PCs is not really our business.

@MAGIC/Rodney
If you think there's a better way to describe the server installation, I can of course change the tutorial text.

Well just add that line as 3rd line:

Code: Select all

[*]Download the server files and extract them in the bin folder

Why don't you just delete everything and re-download the latest server files?
Then open the downloaded folder and click on startserver.bat?
