Foont7717: Cant login / forum and game

Hy EN team,
one of our clan members can't login anymore on Nexus. Neither forum nor BC2.
Yes, we tried username and we tried e-mal to login: Fail.
Yes, we then ordered a new password. Tried again with username and e-mail. Fail again.
Username is: Foont7717
During server migration there was an (1) added to the in-game-name, in case it does matter finding a solution.
Any help is appreciated!

Hm I only find one name but the 'F' isn't in caps.

Login via e-mail is not possible either. New password has been send to the e-mail-adress, but you can't login with this e-mail and the new password either.
Login via Foont7717 or foont7717 does not work, tested with new and old password.

Password recovery is broken due to the new backend it seems. NoFaTe said he'd fix it after some more important issues are dealt with.

same problem me too. Click forgotten password and take new temp pass. after click activation link and trying new pass, but not work this pass. I waiting for helps...
