But you need to have Login verification turned off. You might want to add support for that.

What is that supposed to mean ? Outcome requires a real Origin account to work..

You misunderstand.

Origin -> Manage Account -> Security -> Login Verification

It's the same system steam uses. Origin sends a few numbers to your email to prevent unauthorized use.

It will automatically go to offline mode if you don't have internet.
If you want to test it, launch outcome.exe with the -offline parameter.

It seems you can't login if you've enabled the security code for Origin.

Make sure you patch your .par files.

In other news, I just released version 1.1.0.0 of Outcome.

Changelog is as follows:

  • Implemented Two-Factor Authentication
  • Added an option in the context menu to start Outcome with Windows
  • Changed the way credentials are stored in order to improve security
  • Fixed a problem where the installer would not remove older versions on upgrade
  • Fixed a problem with verification for new updates
  • Fixed several thread-safety issues
  • Fixed a problem where the login sequence would fail in some occasions
  • Fixed a problem where profile data would not get correctly retrieved
  • Other minor bug fixes and changes

Just launch Outcome and you will be redirected to the update page from where you can download the latest version.

Finally, any feature requests are always welcome.

Now I know that only you and Origami and the big bad EA can steal my Origami account!

Is there a way to implement verification code support?
