It will be great if we can chat while the game is loading

There is plenty of stuff to improve the loading screen ^^ For example being able to cancel and return to the menu or selecting the squad you wanna get into.

I think that would only be possible if the WebUI does not utilize the frostbite key events(?) and/or the content loading does not block them.
Someone correct me if im wrong.
